All villages in the Krasnoperekopsky district of Crimea were left without electricity, according to the Russian administration of the district. Power reportedly went out in Krasnoperekopsk around 6 AM following a series of explosions.

Power was also lost in Krasnoperekopsk on the night of September 31 to October 1, when power lines were reportedly cut and an electrical substation in the Bromny Zavod area was hit.
