A Russian-appointed children's ombudsman for the region, Irina Kravchenko, told TASS that a mass evacuation of children from Aleshki is impossible due to attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces (VSU) and mined roads. Kravchenko stated that she and her staff are working on each individual request concerning children in Aleshki.

The official added that she and her staff are working with each specific request related to children in Aleshki.
