A nighttime Russian attack resulted in emergency power outages in seven regions of Ukraine, according to a Telegram channel for the company "Ukrenergo." The affected regions include Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Chernihiv, and Sumy.

The Poltava regional administration also reported a strike on a "critical infrastructure facility."
