A Russian attack damaged the State Biotechnological University in Kharkiv, according to a Telegram post. The blast wave damaged the entrance to the laboratory building and windows on the first and second floors, said pro-rector Arkadiy Mykytas. No staff were injured.

The university has developed a recovery plan and begun addressing the consequences. "I consider this an attack on education, on Ukraine, on science, on educational premises," Mykytas said.
