Russian attack kills 14-year-old in Vyshhorod, Kyiv Oblast

A 14-year-old boy, Illia Tilo, was killed in Vyshhorod by a Russian attack, according to the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration. Illia's family were internally displaced persons from Sumy Oblast. A girl and two adults were rescued from the rubble.

Illia's parents are in the hospital, and the girl also sustained injuries.
