The number of casualties from a strike on Sumy has risen to nine, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. Russian aviation reportedly struck Sumy with four guided aerial bombs in different areas of the city, local authorities reported. Hits were also recorded at a Sumy cemetery and in private homes in the Kovpakovsky district, according to the city's military administration.
