Russian commanders suspected of war crime in ballistic missile strike on Kryvyi Rih

Four Russian commanders have been notified in absentia of suspicion of committing a war crime during a ballistic missile strike on the center of Kryvyi Rih on August 28, 2024. As a result of that attack, 10 people were wounded.
The strike occurred on August 28, 2024, and resulted in injuries to 10 people.
