A Russian court sentenced a 55-year-old resident of Krasnodar Krai and his 19-year-old daughter to 18 and 7 years in prison, respectively, for treason. The two reportedly transferred data on Russian armed forces personnel to Ukraine and attempted to travel to Ukraine to fight for the Ukrainian armed forces, according to the FSB's Public Relations Center.

The FSB stated that the individuals passed information about Russian military personnel to the Ukrainian side and intended to join the Ukrainian armed forces. The court handed down sentences of 18 years for one individual and 7 years for the other.
