A Russian court sentenced Olga Denisova, a 39-year-old resident of Donetsk region, to five years in a settlement colony for allegedly aiding a "terrorist community." The basis for the charge was her work as a cleaner in a military unit where the "Azov" regiment was stationed.

Denisova stated she took the job due to financial need and a convenient schedule, starting on January 10, 2022, and leaving the unit after the full-scale invasion began on February 24. She did not admit guilt and claimed investigators pressured her, threatening to send her children to an orphanage if she did not comply with their version of events.
