A Russian Defense Ministry employee responsible for accepting defensive structures in the Kursk region and neighboring areas has been detained on charges of abuse of office, according to Kursk Governor Alexander Khinshtein. Preliminary data suggests the individual signed acceptance certificates without proper inspection.

Governor Khinshtein stated in his Telegram channel that the employee allegedly signed acceptance acts without reviewing the work performed.
