A Russian diesel cargo left St. Petersburg on September 22, reportedly bound for the US East Coast. The Greek-flagged tanker MINERVA ZEN is carrying approximately 275,000 barrels of diesel/gasoil and is expected to arrive around October 11-12.
The shipment departed two weeks before former President Trump announced a deal related to such shipments.
