A Russian drone attacked a Tanzanian-flagged vessel en route to a Ukrainian Black Sea port, Ukraine's Ministry for Restoration, Infrastructure, and Transport reported. The ship's captain was killed, and three other crew members were wounded.

The condition of the vessel is being clarified. The attack occurred as the ship was heading to one of Ukraine's ports.
