A Russian drone struck an ambulance vehicle on its way to rescue a person in Svesa, Sumy region, on Thursday morning. All medics on board are reported to be alive. They hid in bushes until colleagues evacuated them due to the threat of a follow-up strike, according to the Sumy Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care.

The incident occurred as the medical team was en route to assist someone in Svesa. The medics reportedly took cover in bushes following the strike, awaiting retrieval by colleagues amid concerns of a potential second attack.
