Russian drone reportedly strikes utility workers in Kherson, one wounded

A Russian drone attacked employees of a utility enterprise in Kherson, according to a report from the Kherson City Council. A 39-year-old man was wounded in the strike, and company transport was damaged.
The report, attributed to Shanko, also mentioned damage to company vehicles.
