A Russian drone strike killed one civilian in the village of Kotovka, near Vovchansk, in Ukraine's Kharkiv region. The drone hit a man who had taken cover near a bus stop, according to the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office. Another man nearby managed to escape unharmed.

In a separate incident on the same day, Russian drones reportedly destroyed a car and damaged an ambulance in Zolochiv, also in the Kharkiv region. No casualties were reported in the Zolochiv attack.
