Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 07:26 PM
A world judge in Vladimir has fined the chief editor of "Zebra TV" Sergey Golovinov 90,000 rubles for publishing reports on drone attacks. The fines are related to publications about the consequences of drone attacks.
Golovinov was charged with violating a decision by the operational headquarters of the Vladimir region, which prohibits the dissemination of information about the consequences of UAV attacks. "Zebra TV" believes the situation shows that residents of the region cannot independently familiarize themselves with the document on the basis of which they can be held accountable.
