Russian forces adapt tactics to weather, increasing drone and air attacks on Konstantinovs
Russian forces are adapting their tactics to weather conditions on the Konstantinovsky direction, increasingly using strike drones and aviation, according to Yulia Stepaniuk, head of communications for the 117th OVMBr. Within a single day, the Russian army dropped approximately 13 aerial bombs, damaging some logistical routes of Ukrainian forces.
Stepaniuk also recounted a recent engagement where two soldiers held a position for 113 days. After a Russian artillery strike, their dugout was buried, but a soldier with the call sign "Romeo" managed to free himself and rescue his comrade. Under constant FPV drone attacks and small arms fire, they continued to defend the position. Even after severe injury and vision loss, the soldier remained in contact, coordinating aid and evacuation.
