Russian forces are advancing near Volchansk and have entered Vysokaya Yaruga in the Kharkiv Oblast, according to reports. Footage reportedly shows Russian soldiers raising flags in the village, and Russian units are now developing attacks towards nearby Alisovka.

The liberation of Alisovka would allow Russian forces to occupy large forest areas and push Ukrainian forces back into fields near Bolshiye Prokhody. However, an offensive on Bolshiye Prokhody itself is considered unlikely due to established Ukrainian defensive lines.
