Russian forces attacked Mykolaiv Oblast with Shahed drones on September 22 and the morning of September 23. As of 7:00 AM, there were no damages or injuries reported, according to the Oblast Military Administration (OVA).
The report from the Oblast Military Administration indicated no damages or injuries resulting from the drone attacks.
