Russian forces reportedly evacuated 25 residents, including children, from the temporarily occupied part of the Kharkiv region under the guise of so-called "evacuation," stated Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets. Their current whereabouts are unknown.

The occupiers themselves reported this situation on Telegram channels, calling it a so-called "rescue operation," Lubinets noted.
