Russian forces reportedly struck a business center in downtown Dnipro with a drone on the night of Saturday, October 3, causing a fire on the roof. This marks a second strike on the same business center this week, according to Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA.

Debris from the strike reportedly fell on the city council's parking lot. The attack is described as a repeat strike on the same business center that was previously hit by a drone earlier in the week.
