Russian forces reportedly struck communication and logistics centers, as well as vessels supporting Ukrainian forces, on Thursday. In Kyiv, a data processing center for Omega Telecom and a data processing center for Kyivstar were reportedly hit. In Odesa, the logistics center Nova Poshta, which was storing military cargo, was also reportedly targeted.

The Russian Ministry of Defense also claimed that a dry cargo ship carrying military property and dual-use goods to Odesa port for the Ukrainian Armed Forces was struck at sea.
