Russian forces reportedly attacked Konotop overnight, damaging educational and medical facilities, railway infrastructure, municipal transport infrastructure, private homes, and shops, according to city mayor Artem Semenikhin. Part of the city lost gas supply due to damage to the gas transmission network.

The attack reportedly caused a woman born in 1965 to experience acute stress, and a woman born in 1991 sustained hand injuries.
