A Telegram post reported that the Lozivskyi Horse Plant was hit twice in the last two months. According to its head, Ihor Dubovyk, the hangar attacked by Russians on September 14 contained horse feed, and another held hay prepared for winter. Fifty piglets, over 50 nutrias, rabbits, and some poultry died due to a Russian strike on a farm in Orilets on September 20, its owner Stanislav Rekunov said.

The owner of the farm in Orilets, Stanislav Rekunov, stated that he maintained the livestock to prepare fresh meat for those working in the fields. The post also indicated that the head of the Lozivskyi Horse Plant, Ihor Dubovyk, believes that the strikes are aimed at destroying the state's infrastructure and economy.
