A Ukrainian official stated that FPV drones can now have a range of up to 50 kilometers. According to the official, Russian forces are increasingly using guided munitions against civilians. On September 24, an FPV drone attacked a civilian car in the village of Bezruky, Derhachi community, killing a 68-year-old man. Another strike hit a vehicle distributing humanitarian aid in the Zolochiv community.

Oleksandr Skoryk, a deputy of the Kharkiv Regional Council, told Espreso and Slawa.TV that the enemy is cynically hunting the population, citing the attack on a vehicle distributing humanitarian aid. He noted that the length of fiber optic cable on FPV drones has reached 50 km.
