Russian forces struck an apartment building in Sloviansk, Donetsk Oblast, on September 20 around 9:30 PM, according to Vadym Lyakh. The building was partially destroyed, and one person is believed to be trapped under the rubble.

Adjacent apartment buildings, a store, and vehicles were also damaged in the strike. Search operations are ongoing for the person trapped under the debris.
