Russian forces shelled the building of the Hlykhiv City Council. The strike occurred yesterday around 4:00 PM, as confirmed to Suspilne by the Sumy region police. Windows and the facade of the building were damaged.

According to the OVA, a private residential building, civilian infrastructure, and a non-residential premises were damaged in the Hlykhiv community.
