Russian forces struck cargo vehicles in the Odesa region, wounding three people. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS), the strike damaged three cargo vehicles, one of which caught fire. The fire also spread to dry grass nearby.
The incident was reported by Radio Svoboda, citing the DSNS.
