A morning Russian attack on Dnipro damaged five multi-story buildings and several shops, with approximately fifty windows broken. The nearby Alfred Nobel University also sustained broken windows, according to city mayor Borys Filatov.

Communal workers are currently finishing cleaning the street of glass.
