In Sloviansk, Russian shelling hit apartment buildings, damaging one structure where a person was trapped. Rescuers freed a man who was handed over to medics. Another strike in the city wounded two people and damaged apartment and 19 private homes, with fires breaking out in two of them. Firefighting was halted due to the threat of further shelling.
