Russian forces reportedly struck the operating room of the Strazheska Institute of the National Academy of Medical Sciences in Kyiv, resulting in one patient being wounded. This is the second time the institute has been hit, with a previous strike occurring last year.
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that the strike hit the sixth floor, where the operating room is located. He noted that while no one was killed, one patient sustained injuries and received necessary medical attention. The institute specializes in treating heart conditions for patients across Ukraine.
