Russian forces struck Kharkiv, killing one person and wounding six, according to the city's mayor, Igor Terekhov. The Russian military reportedly carried out a double strike using "drone-missiles" on the Industrial district of the city.
The strike damaged approximately ten apartment buildings, and cars and an administrative building caught fire. A search and rescue operation is ongoing.
