Russian forces struck Kharkiv's Industrial District on October 4 around 10:50 PM, reportedly using S-8000 "Banderol" missiles, according to the regional prosecutor's office. The strike resulted in the death of a 42-year-year-old man and damaged five apartment buildings, a cafe, and vehicles.
