Russian forces attacked Kharkiv's Kyivskyi district with three FPV drones on the evening of September 22, damaging at least three vehicles and killing one person, according to a journalist from Gvara Media at the scene and the head of the OVA, Oleh Syniehubov.

A local resident named Maksym described a close encounter with an FPV drone four days prior, stating, "We were fleeing from an FPV that was pursuing us. About a hundred meters from here, two houses. We ran into the first building we found."
