Russian forces launched a strike on Kyiv overnight on September 22, damaging a five-story residential building in the Dniprovskyi district and injuring four people. The impact caused a fire in a basement and damage to the first floor and facade of the building. Rescuers evacuated 15 people from the building.

In the Darntskyi district, a tree caught fire, and in the Holosiivskyi district, warehouses were affected. Three of the four injured individuals were hospitalized.
