Russian nationals were exposed in New York for allegedly coordinating terror attacks in Europe and the US. According to Attorney General Todd Blanche, the suspects may have been acting on the orders of Russian intelligence services.

The American investigation suggests that since at least 2024, the individuals organized contract killings and sought people in the US willing to carry out attacks on civilian and military infrastructure in European countries, particularly those supporting Ukraine, for money.
