The post, published by Natalia Kochuk, director of the Priobskaya primary school, included a section detailing "technical tasks for information work" on social media.

The accidental inclusion of the election guidance, which suggested using municipal state public pages and ensuring maximum public engagement, was reportedly removed approximately 50 minutes later. The post also contained instructions on using election and region-specific hashtags.
