A drone attack reportedly caused fires at a refinery in Russia's Yaroslavl region, with no casualties reported, according to Governor Yevrayev. Debris also shattered windows in several apartment buildings and damaged cars.

The governor also stated that debris from the drone attack damaged nearby residential buildings and vehicles.
