A Rosneft refinery in Samara was reportedly hit by a drone overnight, causing a major fire and thick black smoke, according to online sources.

Videos shared online reportedly showed explosions and a large fire at the Rosneft's Kuibyshev refinery, which has a processing capacity of approximately 7 million tons.
