The Kuybyshevsky oil refinery in Samara, part of Rosneft, has posted job openings for anti-aircraft gun and BMP crews to defend against drone attacks, according to Vyorstka. The vacancies specify duties including protecting defense industry facilities, destroying aerial targets, and maintaining combat readiness.
The job description requires candidates to sign a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense for mobilization reserve service, undergo specialized training, and participate in combat coordination. The refinery offers a salary of 120,000 rubles, plus additional payments from the governor and the Ministry of Defense. Vyorstka noted that both vacancies have since been removed from HeadHunter and moved to an archive.
