A fire broke out at the "Slavneft-Yanos" refinery in Yaroslavl after being hit, according to a Telegram post. The governor reportedly stated that the facility was damaged and firefighting operations were underway.

The enterprise processes approximately 15 million tons of oil per year and is among the five largest Russian refineries.
