A resident of Krasnoyarsk has been added to a list of extremists and terrorists for an online comment about police officers. The Leninsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk found the local resident guilty of public calls for extremist activity online and sentenced her to two years of probation. Rosfinmonitoring also included her in the list of extremists and terrorists, according to NGS24, citing the regional prosecutor's office.

The comment was made in the VKontakte group 'Living in Siberia | Krasnoyarsk' under a news item from Volgograd. The woman wrote that the police should be dealt with. FSB officers found the post, and a linguistic examination deemed it a public call for violence against the police. The woman admitted guilt in court, stating she wrote it emotionally. Her probation period is two years, during which she is prohibited from publishing anything in the open internet.
