A Russian serviceman was killed when his car was blown up by an explosive device planted under the driver's seat in Tuloy, according to Operatyvnyi Donbas.

Operatyvnyi Donbas also noted that participants in the war in the Donbas, including members of the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Wagner Private Military Company, reside in Novomoskovsk. The 16th Separate Radio-Electronic Warfare Brigade is also located near this city.
