Users reported widespread outages affecting Russian services including Sberbank, Mail.ru, and Samokat, according to data from Sboy.rf. The outages primarily impacted Mail.ru and its cloud service, as well as Samokat (part of Sberbank's ecosystem), Rosselkhozbank, Google, and Avito.

A drone attack targeted a Sberbank data center in Balakovo, Saratov Oblast, overnight. First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Alexander Vedyakhin confirmed the attack to TASS but stated that all systems and services were operating normally. It is unknown if the outages are related to the strike.
