A Russian soldier has been identified as being involved in torture in Bucha. According to investigators, in March 2022, Russian forces tied a local resident to a column, beat him for 20-30 minutes, and one soldier put the barrel of an assault rifle into the man's mouth and threatened to kill him.

The Russian soldier has been notified of suspicion of cruel treatment of civilians.
