Russian sources claim air defenses intercepted and destroyed 644 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones between 20:00 on October 15 and 08:00 on October 16. Explosions were reported in Vladimir and Elektrostal, while monitoring channels said a Yandex data center in Vladimir Oblast was affected.

The claims come amid ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine, with both sides frequently reporting drone and missile attacks on infrastructure and military targets.
