Russian forces struck the Izyum district in the Kharkiv region, causing fires and injuries. A strike by MLRS on the central market in Izyum resulted in a fire in 20 pavilions and damaged other commercial facilities and an apartment building. Earlier, a drone strike on the village of Andriivka caused a fire in a private house, with two people suffering acute stress reactions.

Fires were extinguished by operational units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and firefighters from the local fire brigade. Neighboring residential buildings and outbuildings were also damaged in Andriivka.
