A submarine of the Pacific Fleet reportedly launched two Kalibr-PL cruise missiles during an exercise in the Sea of Japan. The submarine's crew practiced hitting sea and coastal targets. The first missile reportedly hit a sea shield simulating an enemy warship at a distance of about 130 kilometers.
The second missile reportedly traveled over 1000 kilometers to hit a coastal target position at the Syurkum tactical field in the Khabarovsk Krai. Both targets were reportedly successfully hit.
