The Surgutsky ZSK refinery in Russia's Khanty-Mansiysk region was reportedly hit. The facility, located approximately 2400 km from Ukraine's border, processes gas condensate and produces motor and aviation fuel.
The refinery has a design capacity of 12 million tons of raw materials per year. The source uses the term 'гойда', a nationalist slogan associated with Russian expansionism, and frames the event as a blow against Russia.
