A saboteur reportedly attempted to blow up Russian soldiers in Horlivka, according to a statement from the press service of the FSB for the DNR. Video of the incident was provided by the FSB for the DNR/TASS.

The FSB (Federal Security Service) is Russia's principal security agency. The DNR (Donetsk People's Republic) is a self-proclaimed state in eastern Ukraine.
